This website is run by Lombardi Property Development, LLC (LPD Builders, "LPD," "we"), a licensed California general contractor, CSLB #1082065. This page explains what we collect through the site, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
When you request a site walk, we receive what you type: the address of the space, your name, your role, your phone number, your email address, how you would like to talk, any notes you add, and whether you checked the box allowing us to call or text you. With each request we also receive the page you sent it from and any campaign tag in the link you followed.
This site does not set cookies, and we do not run analytics or advertising tags on it. Our host may keep standard server logs for security.
How we use it
To reply to you, schedule and prepare for a site walk, prepare a price, keep a record of your request, and keep the form free of spam and abuse. We do not use it for advertising.
Calls and texts
We call or text you at the number you give us only if you check the box on the form, and only about your request. Checking the box is not required. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. Msg/data rates may apply.
Who receives it
Your details go to our project team and the service providers we use to respond. They handle your information on our behalf and only to provide their service to us:
- Resend: delivers your request by email to our team.
- Twilio: sends a short text alert about new requests to our team.
- Cloudflare: hosts this site and runs the form.
- Google: serves the fonts used on this site, so your browser connects to Google's servers.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.
Browser privacy signals
We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a request to opt out of sale or sharing. Because we do not sell or share personal information, no further action is needed.
How long we keep it
We keep site-walk requests for 24 months after our last contact with you, or longer if we start a project together or the law requires it.
Your California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, you may ask us to tell you what personal information we have about you and how we use and disclose it, give you a copy of it, correct it, or delete it. Email [email protected] or call (415) 299-5369. We will confirm your request using the contact details you gave us. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect the information we receive. Please do not send sensitive personal information through the form.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new date.
